• Assist in completing the design concepts (previews) of brochures, leaflets and producing professional print-ready hi-res files; • Responsible for editing and mixing all recorded audio visual shows reports and any other assigned video editing tasks; • Coordinating with the Graphic Expert on how to complete / apply a design to more pages of a document from a master design; • Ability to work under tight deadlines to produce final files for output with necessary specs as dictated by the Senior Media Advisor; • Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design software; • Maintaining proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint designs and templates; • Presenting finalized designs as requested by the Senior Media Advisor within the constraints of cost and time; • Ability to work as part of a team; • Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Degree/post graduate qualification in relevant discipline. • A minimum of 2 years experience. • Fluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken, and excellent drafting skills. • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet). • Highly motivated, dynamic, and persuasive to meet deadlines under pressure. • Capability of working on own initiative and good team player.
