• Assist the Human Resource Manager in the formulation and maintenance of the HR policies and procedures. • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking internet, recruiting resources, and employee referrals. • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. • Assist with update of existing job descriptions, and helping in job analysis process. • Maintain records of applicants (C.Vs.) by profession, applicants not selected for employment, etc.. • Handling recruitment procedures that include: screening, sorting, filtering, and preparing for interviews, paperwork, filing, typing and organizing. • Coordinating and scheduling appointments for applicants to be interviewed. • Conducting initial interviews for certain levels, administering tests to evaluate skills, checking references and background.. • Assist w/Review Benefit Plans for update / and new proposals. • Coordinating implementation of Performance Appraisal Program • Follow up with other departments on HR matters. • Undertake any other assignments related to the human resources function as assigned by the HR Manger.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree from any discipline. • Min. 5 years experience in HR field and other. • Excellent Language and Computer Skills • Interpersonal skills/ mature personality
