Assist HR Management and Personnel with daily operations • Coordinate HR Personnel activities to ensure all deadlines are met effectively • Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are being followed (processing of new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.) • Monitor and evaluate current HR policies and procedures in order to identify and suggest areas of improvement • Assist with payroll, workers compensation, and benefits administration • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure adequate cross training • Work on special projects and other related duties as assigned
Qualifications 1-BA/BS in HR or related field along with 6+ years of significant experience in a similar Human Resources role, PHR is a plus 2-Previous experience with the same position. 3-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management 4-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
