1. Responsible for supporting Sales Team in achieving the allocated sales target assigned for his region and enhance general sales capacity. 2. Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints. 3. Responsible for collecting information on market and industry trend, tenders, incumbents, technology and price sensitivity for prioritized industries and identifying potential leads. 4. Build a strong Customer Support in his region, identify and support the selection of local business partners in coordination with the Sales Team. Educate the client and local partner about the companys technology through communication or schedule meeting with Sales Team, etc. 6. Responsible for entering any required information in the CRM system. 7. Support sales team once they determine suitable solution for the customer in coordination with the Product Managers and Software Development team to identify the technical specification of the solution and communicate with the vendors to obtain a preliminary budgetary figure for development of the solution.
Qualifications - Bachelor in IT or Software Engineering. - Master in Business Administration is a plus. - 1-3 of relevant experience.
