Creatively analyze problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. 3. Listen & solve customers’ problems & complaints effectively in proper & shortest possible time 4. Continuous improvement for personal skills & knowledge through provided local & abroad trainings. 5. Meet goals due dates. 6. Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. 7. Reporting.
Qualifications • Preferred 2 years’ experience as user / service engineer for above mentioned products ( Fresh graduates may apply ) • Located in Cairo
