     1. Preparation of an annual sales plans to ensure optimum coverage of the market in different regions and to review the plan periodically to ensure avoiding obstacles. 2. Identify new sales channels and offer excellent suggestions for which the Commercial Director and Associate sales team in terms of sales opportunities. 3. Display case and the market situation and strategic sales advocating and what has been achieved from the sales targets for the management of the attic and through progressive displays. 4. Do market research and forecasting customer needs, and ways to open new markets and allocating the necessary resources in order to achieve the sales objectives of the company. 5. Follow-up collection operations with the sales team and make sure they do not exceed the limits established and agreed upon with the customer. 6. Work to improve the companys image in the local market and through; see customer comments and salespeople and work to meet them. 7. Adoption of the sales presentations and pricing and discounts in order to ensure that skipped to the specified profit margin. 8. Do to build productive working relationships and constructive; in the long run with both cases and prospective customers and to provide assistance and support to ensure adequate preservation. 9. Dealing with customer complaints and suggestions and follow the customers needs and work to direct sales efforts to achieve them. Supervisory tasks: 1. leadership, and direct, and motivate and develop the team to achieve the goals of the sales department. 2. Lead and guide and evaluate the work team to achieve specific goals for the sales department. 3. Put the annual sales targets for the sales team and follow-up achieved on a regular basis. 4. Provide opportunities for learning and development staff, either through counseling and guidance and follow-up 5. Conduct annual evaluations for employee’s sales department
