report directly to Micro-Insurance Unit Manager - Keep micro-insurance data recorded and updated on the system - direct and train employees who communicate micro-insurance as a new product to clients - facilitate both clients and employees inquiries related to micro-insurance - act as the link between LEAD and insurance company - attending meetings at Insurance company to arrange work process - act as an interface between finance and insurance company as for issuing installments, checks, and all dues - assist micro-insurance Unit manager writing and submitting reports to internal and external parties
Qualifications BA degree - business administration - and/or Accounting major - Very good English Language - Organizational skills - Problem solving skills - Representation - Interested in outdoor business missions - Able to work under minimal level of supervision - Able to work under stress and meeting tight deadline
