Job Level Managerial
• Owns and builds the functional & Technical experience of the area. • Collaborate with other team leaders like Safety, Quality and SC to deliver the overall line KPIs. • Ensure proper documentation of the experience in line with the agreed standard process. • Responsible for implementation of continuous improvements projects related to operations. • Develop and define the Quality standards with the Research & Development (R&D) in order to ensure its applicability. • Develop and define the Safety standards with Safety Environment Systems (SES) in order to ensure its applicability. • Define the Operating Standards in order to/in line with. • Monitor & achieve area performance in line with the business plan • Act as an Operational representative for projects and activities in his area in order to ensure that the effective communication. Operational Excellence: • Ensure the delivery of the committed volumes from the area with 100% conformance on all inputs in line with the quality system. • Supervise the costs related to production (Contractors, area expenses, tools, etc) in order to meet the yearly financial plan. • Handle the embedded operational systems like 5S, Planned Maintenance (PM))…etc in the area in order to ensure that a world class operation is taking place • Ensure that the operation process is up to the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) standards in order to/in line with. • Guarantee the safety of the involved team during the Operation Process in order to comply with the Safety Environment System (SES). Team Development and Motivation: • Deliver development requirements to the Training Function in order to increase the technical capabilities of the team. • Ensure the team’s engagement to the function as well as the company in order to maintain good relationships.
Qualifications BSc Engineering in Mechanical/ Industrial or Electrical Engineering. From 3 to 5 years experience in a similar post &/or field. Previous exposure to a food-manufacturing environment will be highly regarded as well as prior experience in maintenance or engineering is a plus. Computer Skills MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
