Business level: • Result oriented • Good communication and time management skills • Cross Industry ERP knowledge Interpersonal level: • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines. • Excellent teaming / cooperation skills. • Decision-making and ownership • Self-Motivation • Customer oriented Problem Solving • Taking appropriate steps to avoid problems before occurring it. • Solving any kind problem related to the engaged team at the customer. • Handling customer complaints and requests.
