Studying the city for evaluating its divisions in order to determine the price/rental value of the properties. .Do farming and get properties with signed marketing contracts. .Visiting properties to assess them and get photos before uploading to websites and showing to clients. .Holding two daily meetings with the company’s team to discuss the day’s plan and accomplishments. .Signing cooperation contracts with individuals, brokers and real estate companies. .Handling data entry for new properties (soft and hard copies). .Handling online requests from head office and office manager. .Handling showing/tour visits with the clients. .Following up with the owners for availability or any updates
Qualifications * Not less than 2 years of experience in Real Estate field. * Car is a must
