- Responsible for Preparing QS reports, during tender stage. - Create a report on the difference between the contract and the tender package. - Prepare the QS report once the technical approvals are complete. - Responsible for reviewing subcontractors Invoices for ongoing projects - Responsible for preparing client invoices. - Verify the executed quantities on-site prior to the preparation of monthly invoices; and compares the gathered data with the approved QS Reports and latest-updated time schedule. (Make sure quantities included of only those activities that have been already inspected and approved by the Consultant into PCP’s monthly invoices. Also measures the quantity of materials delivered to site under approved MIR’s, to be included in monthly invoices).
