-He/She should be aware of emergency procedures, mall procedures,delivery & package procedures, and mall working hours. - He/ She should Knows the surrounding area and city information and updates the local information records . -He/She should Knows all the mall facilities by reading issued memos and mall operation manual . -Responsible for handling all inquiries by the clients or tenants and also maintains an effective service to the clients. -Give the clients the impression of quality of service that they will receive during their visit to the Galleria40. -Register any up normal comments and take the necessary action to rectify any complains as well as to escalate up the matter whenever needed to the Duty manager .
Qualifications -Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective. -Must be flexible in terms of working hours and willing to work under pressure. -Strong and pleasing personality desirable. -Prior experience within similar customer services is an asset -Must have proficient problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a warm and friendly attitude. -Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (word, excel, Opera System). -Able to deal with inter departmental challenges and customer complaints in a calm and helpful manner.
