•Overlooking the day to day operations of direct sales force, coaching and building strong sales team, consisting of sales supervisors and representatives. •In coordination with Senior Direct Sales network arranges the recruitment of sales force team for designated areas. •Identifying the key areas and expands the current distribution network and deploys company’s new e-payment services throughout the retail chain. •Increasing efficiency of both sales force and retail agent network. •Achieving the quantitative and qualitative periodic sales targets. •Aggressively acquires the high turnover outlets to use BEE’s e-payment solutions. •Proposing and developing the sales tactics in order to meet company’s monthly/quarterly/annual strategic objectives. •Establishing relationship building techniques between sales force and points of sale nationwide. •Effective managing and periodical improvement of the current sales operations/processes. •Sales forecasting and setting targets for sales team as well as ensure total revenue growth •Critically analyzing company’s achieved results and making strategic decisions to achieve new milestones in accordance with company’s strategy. •Preparation of reports and contribute to preparation of analytical reports as requested by management.
Qualifications •Minimum 5 years extensive experience in distribution and e-payment solutions •Previous sales supervisory experience is required •Excellent communication (oral and written) and team building skills •Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability, willingness to take risks and try new approaches •Ability to negotiate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of sales force team •Ability to manage life cycle of complex sales cycle •Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement. •At least Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Economic development, Sustainable development
