- Monitor and guide sales team towards the Company’s goals and objectives. - Achieve company’s targets - Coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda. 4. Qualifications - Not less than 5+ years’ experience in real estate field and management experience is preferable. - Smart, Confident and with dynamic personality. - Negotiation and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organized with multi-tasking and time-management skills
