1.Implement the annual sales plan for his assigned region and supervise sales staff in achieving their set sales target. 2.Support Senior Sales Representatives with Sales visits when needed and perform sales visits for important accounts. 3.Identify customers’ needs and follow-up on important accounts to ensure that the deals/contracts are finalized. 4.Follow-up on product delivery to customers, and on installations and invoice collections with the concerned internal parties. 5.Prepare pre-tender specifications for customers and provide guidance and advice to customers and follow-up on proposal preparation. 6.Solve customers’ problems and complaints or raise them to the Division Manager. 7.Identify sales leads and opportunities within the region. requirements. 8.Identify the strengths of the products and any certification it acquired ,stay informed about different certifications and the value they add to customers and communicating this information to the Sales Team. 9.Coach and supervise sales team activities.
Qualifications •5-8 years experience in related field. •Bachelor of Engineering/ Pharmacist/ Medicine/ Science •Car owner is a must •Excellent command of English language.
