Sea operation Coordinator will be responsible for executing operational activities related to Sea Operations . Also he will be responsible for: • Carrier bookings • File management • Operations activities for post bookings including Job costing & invoicing. • Documentation as well as Operational Finance. On a day to day basis, This role will be required to ensure consistent, seamless end-to-end delivery of Sea operations and support the customer service teams in resolution of customer queries and escalations. The incumbent has to act as the owner of the job file and will also be responsible for creating & updating of shipping documents & Customer Invoices in the system. This role will need to closely coordinate with customer service, Sales team members as necessary to ensure that best in class service is given to our customers.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / Supply Chain and logistics experience will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators • Sea Operations Performance Delivery aligned with agreed SLA’s • Action booking saved by booking agents within 3 hrs of booking saved • Timely submission of pre alert to destination/next leg within 2 days of ETD • BL Released within 3 days of ETD • Release invoices same day as ETD • Zero Penalties & Ensure Zero Defect Level of documentation. • Timely updates to Customer Service and & Effective query resolution • Feedback / Escalations from Customer

Other Skills Skills & Experience: o Operational Efficiency o At least 3 years’ experience in a large Operations / Customer service teams with minimum 2 year experience in the Logistics sector with Sea Operations experience o Communication Skills o Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently o Drive for Results o Passion to drive closures o Well organized when working under pressure o Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork
