Duties Including: • Ensuring compliance with established internal & local control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. • Verifying assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. Preparing special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends. Duties Including: • Reviewing all journal entries of business transactions. • Responsible for reconciling ledger accounts balances. • Responsible for all tax issues. • Establishing necessary bank accounts and maintaining relationships with bank personnel in order to develop a relationship that will enable the company to have financial flexibility. • Revise and finalize departments budgets and integrate into the company overall annual budget plan, in order to maintain and increase profit. • Provide all needed financial support to various departments, to be used as measurement tools for performance. • Prepare forecasts and analyses as requested. • Approve payroll in coordination with HR input, rules and regulations. • Process payroll. • Approve monthly cash requests. • Oversees financial management system, ensuring maintenance of financial records. • Prepare quarterly financial reports. • Ensures that all accounting records and bank accounts are up to date. • Ensures that finance records complies with taxes audit requirements. • Develop, monitor and increase company’s’ cash flow, profitability and financing ability. • Accurate and update filing for the HR department to set a departmental system in place the does not allow dependability on one employee. • In addition to the followings Areas; 1.billing: 2. receivables: 3. payables: 4. monthly reports: 6. management reports: 7. clients’ contracts: 8. suppliers’ contracts: 9. petty cash: 10. bank: 11. filling system: 12. other journal entries: 13. taxes:
