• Develops and maintains salary range structures, establishes cost effective allowances and establishes market based benefits. • Analyzes published surveys; reviews appropriateness of current surveys and researches and recommends new opportunities for obtaining salary and benefit data. • Prepares and support the payroll system for Headquarters and other offices. • Perform daily payroll department operations • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely • Carry out and oversee all activities necessary to accurately and effectively process the payroll and benefits. In addition to handling the daily operation of the benefits.
Qualifications • A minimum of (3 – 5) years of demonstrated (Payroll, compensation and benefits) experience • Ability to research, compiles, and interprets data in a logical format • Solid understanding of compensation concepts, including job analysis, market pricing, and total rewards. • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to successfully perform in-depth analyses. Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
