Accountabilities: - Follow up all lawsuits against and from the company to ensure maintaining companys rights. - Manage the commercial brand process including its registration and renewal follow up to ensure smooth work operations. - Set and issue the insurance documents through add or remove branches, employees or cars. - Communicate with the concerned insurance company regarding accidents, add new documents…etc. and follow up it till ensuring problems are resolved and smooth work operations. - Follow up and ensure finalizing all companys claims. - Follow up ownership transfer of leased assets with the concerned parties. - Conduct all needed investigations and procedures regarding renting process. - Set, formulate and review different contracts and present recommendations to ensure maintaining companys rights. - Follow up registration of different contracts with the concerned parties. - Communicate and coordinate with the HR employee regarding the new custody employees document signatures and all needed procedures to maintain companys rights. - Investigate employees in case of committing a violations against companys policies after HR recommendations and recommend a penalty to be submitted to the HR department for discussion. - Resolve customs problems to ensure smooth work operations. - Ensure collection of companys debts from different parties to ensure maintain companys rights. - Submit all needed periodic reports to different concerned parties. - Perform any other assigned tasks with the same level of authority.
Qualifications - Relevant experience in the field of corporate lawyer 7 - 10 years. - University degree in Law.(English section) highly preferred
