•Review cost of contracting related matters as (contract terms , bill of materials , percent of completion , letters of grantee) as well as the related entries. • Perform all cost accounting activities including standard cost development, average pricing analysis, margin and cost ratio analysis, inventory control, variance analysis, etc. • Provide reporting and analysis for all projects activity including productivity, capital & department spending, forecasting, budgeting, absorption, sales, inventory and operations planning, etc. • Review business activity and accounts to support accurate and timely submission of financial statements. • Lead annual physical inventory and manage all cycle count procedures. • Reconcile applicable balance sheet accounts; prepare and analyze balance sheet unusual balances. • Prepare and distribute managerial reports and explain financial results to management in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use of an ERP system. • Communicate and explain projects under construction performance through the P&L. • Effectively collaborate with colleagues from all departments including sales, projects engineering, procurement to collect and translate cost related figures for non-financial members.
Qualifications 1.be confident using related computer software. 2.have an interest in finance. 3.good numerical skills. 4.to be analytical, with good attention to detail and accuracy. 5.customer service skills. 6.to have planning and organizational skills. 7.a good working knowledge of financial policies and systems. 8.to be honest, discreet and trustworthy.

Experience 4 - 5 Years.
Other Skills -5 years of experience in Real estate Developer (preferred) , or contracting companies -excellent analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with the finance team members. -Also can Use our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) ,Oracle and Sap users are welcomed.
