•Manage and administer all compensation and benefit plans •Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes to ensure that the most suitable candidates will be part of the company’s workforce •Conduct employee orientation and onboarding and plan training and development according to company and individual needs •Manage employee relations to ensure fair and consistent behavior of the company towards employee empowerment and commitment •Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems •Coordinate and promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict free working environment •Develop human resource policies, create relevant documentation and guide staff to compliance •Assist in performance management •Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics to drive performance improvement and organizational development •Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Qualifications •Proven experience as HR Generalist or other human resources role •Well versed in general human resources policies and procedures •Good working knowledge of employment/labor laws •Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems . •Excellent communication and people skills •Aptitude in problem-solving using critical thinking and multitasking •Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach •BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field, MSc/MA in Human Resources Management; additional HR training will be a plus
