1-Identify and implement continuous improvements to the company’s production process. 2-Develop and implement production processes for new products, product enhancements, product changes, install fixed fixtures and tooling, as required, and enhance production testing of products. 3-Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity. 4-Source new equipment and material suppliers as required. 5-Review internal operational facility layouts for process improvement. 6-Estimate staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions. 7-Lead, develop and mentor the production team. 8-Prepare reports& documentation. 9-Apply quality standards in production processes. 10-Sets production KPI’s. 11-Local material planning & sourcing according to the production plan. 12-Inspection of components from local or foreign suppliers.
Qualifications 1-Deep knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts. 2-Strong leadership skills 3-Strong presentation skills (written and oral). 4-Strong analytical and negotiation skills. 5-The ability to perform a multi-task job and adjust priorities as appropriate. 6-Possess excellent time management skills. Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision. 7-Action and detail oriented, having a drive for success. 8-The ability to work effectively in a team situation as well as independently. 9-Experience in the electronics industry and home appliances. 10-Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering. 11-Minimum of 5 years manufacturing engineering experience. 12-Computer skills, Auto CAD, label software, ERP systems. 13-Familiar with six sigma, lean manufacturing is preferred.
