Review design drawings. Prepare shop/coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings. Coordinate shop drawings approval process with project’s consultant. Study and prepare Requests For Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. Review contractors’ shop drawings and coordinate their approval process. Review outsourced Engineering offices’ drawings and coordinate their approval process. Resolve/ report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction. Prepare as-built drawings. Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices. Interact with the Contractor regarding the material submittal and specifications. Responsible for developing project master time schedule. Responsible for keeping time schedule on actual/forecast level. Coordinate and develop detailed project schedule together with engineers, vendors and construction contractors. Identify time schedule deviations and arrange early warnings and information. Resource planning and tracking of workers at site. Regular update of procurement schedule. Work out critical path and early warning messages.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil. 3-5 years of experience. Ms. Office. AUTOCAD. Primavera. Ms Project. Photoshop. Revit.
