• Manage department resources ( staff , time , inventory , tools & budget ) effectively • Listen & solve internal & external customers’ complaints effectively in shortest possible time. • Meet budget goals & due dates . • Responsible on sub-ordinate appraisal, motivation& development. • Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. • Reporting • Creativity in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. • Perform maintenance and calibration for equipment: HPLC , GC , MS , particle counters , TOC , gas analyzers , lab water system.
Qualifications • Engineer ( preferred Electric / Medical / Chemical ) • At least 4 years’ experience in lab equipment maintenance. • Very good English / presentation skills. • Service Management & customer service studies or practical experience in the same subjects.
