Job Level Junior
• Participate with project manager and technical lead in project plan development phase by validating work breakdown structure (WBS), estimates, technical dependencies, project technical issues, risks, deliverables and change requests, to ensure alignment of assigned activities and deadlines. • Execute the technical activities of solution detailed design, development, defects fixing, implementation and deployment as per the final solution requirements, to ensure successful delivery as per project timeframe and OMS quality standards. • Participate in preparing the working environment, implement delivered solution for customer, arrange and coordinate the training material, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities, fix issues reported by the Quality Team and/or Customer Team, and arrange with the client for solution acceptance to achieve release approvals from customer in all stages of the project. • Participate in the development of the documentation (user guide or technical documentation) of the solution through the collaboration with the Technical Lead or the Business Analyst in order to facilitate the solution usage.
Qualifications *Experience in the below technologies: - Exchange, Lync, Active Directory - System Center Family (SCOM, SCCM) * Passion to learn new technologies
