1. Plan daily calls and monitor progress of retail representatives in assigned area 2. Provide coaching and training to retail representatives in assigned area 3. Consolidate and report market intelligence and other reports, including quality control of data collected by retail representatives 4. Participate in sales planning meetings and activities 5. Manage relationship with key retailers in assigned area 6. Assist in recruitment and training of new retail representatives 1. Developing and administering route plan for the retail representatives in assigned area 2. Communicate Huawei objectives to retail representatives 3. Monitor daily progress of retail representatives, including regular audits of retail outlet calls 4. Manage distribution of POS materials to retail representatives for deployment to retail outlets 5. Defining developmental needs and training needs for retail representatives 6. Coaching retail representatives and providing ad hoc training to improve performance 7. Evaluating performance of retail representatives using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 8. Supporting retail representative in answering retailer questions and resolving issues 9. Collecting, consolidating, and reporting market data and competitive intelligence on a daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycle 10. Providing relevant feedback on market activity e.g. product availability channel/ retail pricing, new product launches, operator/ competitor activity, consumer responses, etc 11. Identifying opportunities and recommending solutions to improve Huawei’s in-store presence and merchandising
Qualifications Education level Bachelors Degree. • At least 4 years’ experience in sales and distribution, in consumer durable/FMCG company or in field research or marketing services • Strong track record in sales / sales management and experience in supervising a sales team • Good user for Microsoft office application • Able to deliver under pressure • Positive attitude and self-confident • Strong leadership, organizational skills, influencing and negotiating skills • Numerate and analytical • Possesses own transportation and willing to travel in assigned territory.
