To maintain and ensure availability and Reliability Utility And online coating sections by implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans. To conceptualize, engineer and execute projects identified to increase productivity, reliability, cost reduction, quality and HSE improvements. 1.Supervising the safety of personnel & machines with followup the execution of safety instructions Adherence to safety rules and ensuring subordinates abide to safety regulations. 2.Operate, maintain, and improve Utilities and online coating equipment’s and systems. 3.Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of Utility and online coating equipment to ensure conformance to design, equipment specifications and safety standards. 4.Assist in developing capital project programs for new system and major repairs. 5.Follow the operation and performance of the Utility systems (water, compressed air, LPG, NG etc.). 6.Develop procedure of online coating mechanism maintenance and Beam Assembly procedure to ensure Good Reliability and coordinating that with Float team. 7.Maintenance cost reduction and spare part optimization. 8.Preparation of preventive maintenance plan and follow up of plan realization. 9.Ensuring the subordinates are capable of achieving the required jobs efficiently by means of (field training – MKT2 training – fault analysis training – regular evaluations). 10.Organization of other initiatives as 5S, WCM and root cause analysis. 11.Report goals achievement and preventive maintenance status and future plans to Maintenance Manager. 12.Follow the Pay loader Maintenance program.
Qualifications 1.B.SC of Mechanical power engineering as well as 3 5 years’ experience, preferable working in a similar industry, in the field of glass, cement, steel, ceramic, etc.. 2.Good understanding of engineering drawing and Design calculation. 3.Good knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD (solidworks are preferable). 4.Good experience Pumps, Compressors and pneumatic systems.
