Job Level Managerial
Supervision and control over financial reporting and final accounts in deadlines and complete accuracy. Participate in the preparation of financial statements and monthly trial balances and financial position of the company. Keep track of exchange operations of the Treasury and the preparation of Bills of exchange and review their own. Oversees the registration of all bank transactions, restrictions and checks the conformity with the payroll bank accounts. Preparation of special accounting entries compromises bank accounts and preparing lists of costs for goods from abroad. Checks prove procurement records and bills continues balances suppliers. Review the debits and stalled for suppliers and pursue these balances with relevant departments to meet the documents. Oversees the preparation of reports for the bi-monthly balances suppliers in preparation for the repayment plan. Follow up the issuance of checks to suppliers and moderated. Keep track of customer accounts and balances first hand to determine the position of each of them. Oversees the preparation of monthly sales reports and checks matching customer balances with the general ledger. Follows the work of compromises and compensation Covenant and advances and oversight to make sure to follow the proceedings in accordance with the approved policy.
Qualifications qualification as a chartered accountant; a minimum of 10 years’ senior-level accountancy experience; significant managerial experience; knowledge of the industry FMCG;
