1.Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. 2.Respond promptly to customer inquiries. 3.Handle and resolve customer complaints. 4.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. 5.Provide delivery information. 6.Process orders, forms, applications and requests. 7.Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes. 8.Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. 9.Manage customers accounts. 10.keep records of customer interactions and transactions. 11.Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. 12.Record details of actions taken. 13.Prepare and distribute customer activity reports. 14.Maintain customer databases. 15.Manage administration. 16.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. 17.Follow up on customer interactions.
Qualifications 1.knowledgeable about computer database software in general. 2.a confident negotiator, with good teamwork and communication skills . 3.a good project manager, organized and methodical. 4.an analytical thinker and good at problem solving. 5.flexible, yet focused on meeting tight deadlines. 6.Business focused and able to understand how data information fits into the wider needs of the organization.
