• Make the yearly plan for purchased items • Make and then update the purchasing policy and procedures to fulfill the company needs and goals • Responsible for the suppliers evaluation and approval of adding or remove suppliers from the supplier list. • Make sure that the company has a backup suppliers. • Share the supplier selection by the financial evaluation and conditions regarding the process. • Control and implement the contracts with the suppliers • Should be part of any committee for tenders • Control the spare parts purchasing • Work with the maintenance to control the spare parts cost.
Qualifications • Full knowledge of the market and procurement systems. • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Excellent skills in negotiation. • English language proficiency
