Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages, Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them. General Duties • Responsible for all the graphic designs and illustrations to be done on specific deadlines to be ready to get published on social media and other marketing aspects. • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Marketing Communication Supervisor. Technical Duties • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design. • Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs. • Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing project. • Design logos for products and businesses. • Develop signs and environmental graphics. • Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures. • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print. • Develop the layout and production design of magazine ads, newspaper ads, and other publications. • Collaborate with printers to select type of paper and ink and follow up accordingly. • Submit rough drafts to departments for approval. • Make required/needed changes to any drafts submitted. • Review all print materials upon receipt from print houses to assure utmost quality. • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time. • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists. • Motion graphics design. • Window display design. • Designing material for online store and social media
Qualifications Minimum required Education Bachelors degree in Graphic Designing or a related field. Photography and illustration are a plus. Language Proficiency Proficiency in the Arabic and English language. Minimum required Professional Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
