•Conducts HR & Oracle ERP related reports. •Serving over than 200 employees in and outside Egypt. •Maintains employee’s life events: Hire, Re-hire, Transfer & Promotion, End of Employment actions for employees on the system. •Handles travel insurance program. •Maintain employees’ files. •Prepares payroll for staff members, outsourced & trainees. •Review the attendance system. •Coordinates all social insurance related matters. •Oversees the human resource database and ensures that system records are accurately recorded and crosschecked. •Prepares new hires orientation program. •Responsible for medical claims and all related to the medical & life insurance. •Prepares the employees’ contracts, as well processing the renewal procedures. •Opens new bank accounts for the new employees. •Assists in the recruitment process through Screening CVs and Preparing interview test documents and first interview for new candidates. •Maintain Policy & Procedures to be followed by employees. •Prepare trainings for all departments. •Join Appraisal Process at Year-End. •Handles On boarding process.
Qualifications -Excellent command of English -Experience from 1-2 years -Good knowledge of Oracle ERP -Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
