• Annual audit plan Help in the preparation of the annual audit plan based on consensus with relevant stakeholders: Global Audit, ABC Management and External Audit. • Audit assignments Assist in the execution of business process oriented internal control reviews, compliance audits and activities that deliver the ABC audit plan and provide the business with comfort on the internal control environment. Support Global Audit in Operational audits providing local knowledge, cultural awareness and expertise. • Secure effective management response and follow up Perform an adequate follow up over the reported findings to ensure that the proper implementation of the agreed upon action plan. • Compliance with corporate policies and legislation Ensure the compliance with corporate policies and comply with Heineken Audit policies, rules and standards Help and support the functional line managers in implementing compliance system
Qualifications •Business Graduate •Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) •Certifications and Licenses: - CPA, CISA,CFE (Preferred) • Relevant university degree, Knowledge and Experience •Minimum 2-4 years of Internal Audit experience
