•To learn key features and USP’s about the wide range of Macmillan products and services to develop effective promotional presentations and sales strategies •To prepare and conduct product promotional presentations in schools and seminars •To cover all schools in your specified territory by regularly meeting with key decision-makers •To collect data about schools – their adoptions histories, •To put weekly plan on Nexus agenda in advance and to update Nexus agenda on a daily basis •To work with your team supervisor to conduct market analysis of the schools in your •To conduct teacher training sessions, informally in schools •To submit a weekly report to your team supervisor to update him/her about all work issues, •To attend and assist with promotion and training sessions in any territories. •To fulfill any tasks according to the company’s needs as directed by your team supervisor or marketing manager. •To monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns to team supervisors and marketing manager. •Assist marketing manager/ supervisor in coordinating and integrating various marketing and communication activities •To identify and report use of pirated Macmillan products to your supervisor and management team.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or education or a related field required. •Commercial awareness for data analysis.
