1.Scheduling the manager’s appointments and setting the meeting agenda in addition to booking the meeting location if it is conducted internally. 2.Review and prepare all incoming mail for the manager’s review in addition to filing all the manager’s mail electronically 3.Coordinate between the manager and other departments as requested whether for support, a meeting, required documents ... etc. 4.Reserve flight tickets and hotels booking . 5.Write outgoing correspondences as requested by the manager and send them to their concerned parties after gaining his approval on the written message. 6.Answer all incoming phone calls for the manager and diverting it to the concerned party or taking a message if he is unavailable. 7.Follow up on tasks assigned by the manager or documents he requested to ensure they are carried out within the set deadline.
