The property Maintenance Engineer will oversee all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance. This Position will supervise the in-house maintenance and manage the relationship with service providers, contractors and suppliers ensuring compliance with SLAs, Legislation and KPIs.
Qualifications *Experience in preparation of maintenance plans and monitoring progress. *Ability to identify technical issues and provide timely solutions. *Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations *Ability to influence and negotiate. *Ability to travel across Egypt.
