• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships. • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins. • Monitor and supervise to achieve product and revenue targets; actively participate in Budgeting & Product Pricing such as raw materials , Nick sleeve, Caps, Labels, Stickers • Following up with the planner for the coming demands, taking in consideration the current stock, the current period of seasonality • Conduct thorough market analysis and survey to determine new opportunities and tap these subsequently to enhance profit. • Doing the necessary negotiations and benchmarking with suppliers (New suppl./ old suppl.) to gain the best deal with the best price and best quality • Giving the quotations to requester and discussing whats best from technical and financial sides. • Discussing the situation of current stock and Purchase Requisitions with the Planning Dept. under the light of the current stock and the lead time of each material. • observed and approved by the Quality Control and Quality Assurance in our company • Preparing the annual estimated budget, based on the market status and prices trend • providing suppliers list with purchasing department for R.M with lower prices
