ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Take responsibility for the organization efforts to grow its income streams and hence ensure financial self-sustainability is well maintained 2- Working with the Director and VP to help ensure the organization is creative and entrepreneurial in maintaining and expanding its position as Egypts leading Supplier in the mechanical parts recognizing the evolution in the public market place that is underway 3- Manage delivery of orders, claims, On time shipping, fill rate of all POs 4- Manage contracts between two parties of vendor and buyer and Manage the development of Trade Services/Partnerships 5- Assist in market expansion for the company products horizontally and vertically integration and open new markets for our products in the MENA region 6- Manage the relationship between Vendors overseas and Local buyers including new potential clients in MENA region 7- Assist in Tradeacts brand recognition through active involvement in all marketing activities like event organizing and social media management as well marketing materials management of the company such as participation in exhibitions in certain designated countries 8- Follow trade acts strategic priorities through creating own goals in conjunction with our objectives 9- Create and manage budgets of the new department 10- Ensure proper record keeping, computerized recordings, and any other office systems are maintained for and by the programs and development team
Qualifications 1. Fluency in MS Office, English 2. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking 3. Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them. 4. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. 5. Excellent organization and communication skills
