•Receive the tender documents as Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and all other documents such as scope of work and site conditions. •Review all the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents. •Prepare tender queries for missing information, specification, drawing or any contradiction between the documents. •Send inquiries to the subcontractors and the suppliers for equipments, Pipes and fitting. •Receive offers from various suppliers and subcontractors. •Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as quantity, specifications, etc. •Studying the project specifications, Drawings, Bill of Quantities and all documents and estimate The Project Cost (Supply of material cost, Subcontractors cost, all Installation cost as direct and indirect costs) ,construction equipment, consumables material and the works man-hours. •Preparing the BOQ for final submission.
Qualifications Suitable B.Sc. Engineering degree. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a reputable large size constructions firm

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills •Excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications, including project management and drawing modules. •Ability to work with others closely and teamwork. •Quality/Compliance.
