-Approved samples. -Arrange a final package for the construction documents (soft copy) dated by the latest issue. -Arrange a regular site visits schedule. -Backup soft and hard copy for all documents. -Construction drawings documentation: -Coordinate with the site office manager to approve and accept the material. -Daily photos report. -Daily report document. 2-Documentation for the site technical office Documents -Insure that the final set is existing in site. -Insure the staff performance and quality assurance for the site work. -Letters of emails log. 3-Material samples : -Approved samples. -Arrange a final package for the construction documents (soft copy) dated by the latest issue. -Arrange a regular site visits schedule. -Backup soft and hard copy for all documents 4-Method of statements -Original BOQ of specification. -Original design drawings. -Prepare a full set ( original copy) for all the site documents in the head office -Prepare a full set of material samples and its suppliers in site. -Prepare the method of statement for all the Architectural items for each projects, and the phases of inspection required. 5-Regular site visits: -RFI – request for inspection files of log. -Send / received. -Shop drawings.
Qualifications Site office documents: -Site office manager. -Senior site engineer. -Site engineer. -Document control. Staff scope of work: -The site staff working within this final issue. -Update this set weekly
