The purpose of the job is handling and processing all office design requirements in addition to handling Students Career & Alumni Development Office (SCAD) social media exposure and processing. Reporting Channel/Interactions: • Reports directly to the SCAD Specialists with a secondary reporting line to the Graphics & Production Manager for Artwork/Design. • Interacts and provides assistance to the SCAD Office Team. • Communicates and interacts with university students, staff and external parties. Responsibilities: • Candidate will implement the SCAD/GUC social media strategies through different channels. • Responsible for posting and updating content on social media channels of the SCAD office. • Assist in handling the content management of the SCAD web-portal. • Responsible for handling correspondence and inquiries on social media in a timely manner to facilitate adequate engagement on the pages. • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages all served parties to take action. • Gather continuous feedback and insights from social media channels and web-portal for analysis and performance enhancement. • Work on the creative part of office needs/designs in an interesting and appealing way to all stakeholders in cooperation with the GUC design office.
Qualifications • BA in Applied Arts preferably graphic design or media design. • Fresh Graduate with a minimum of previous work/internship in the field of social media or (1 - 2 years) experience.

Other Skills • Creative and outgoing character with high communication skills. • Proficient in Adobe Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere). • Excellent English writing, editing (photo/video/text) skills. • Good knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels. • Positive attitude, detail- and customer-oriented. • Multi-tasking and organizational ability. • Adequate knowledge of web design and web development, CRO and SEO is a plus.
