Drive procurement sourcing projects for a variety of products and services to support our corporate office that deliver financial results and operational improvements. Create category strategies that fully assess the opportunities, risks, supplier marketplace, costs and product / service options. Negotiate to maximize savings and operational results by developing complete and aggressive strategies and conducting discussions with suppliers. Plan and manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing based on best opportunity to deliver results and minimizing non value added effort. Perform process steps appropriate for the project such as market assessment, supplier pre-qualification, RFP’s and negotiations. Document contracts using standard templates, ensuring clear and complete requirements and performance standards. Collaborate cross functionally, ensuring stakeholder alignment to project goals, product/service requirements, and supplier selections. Deliver project implementations timely and successfully, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans, roles and responsibilities and communications.
Qualifications Position requires a high degree of adaptability. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a day to day basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business. An advanced degree a plus. 3-5 strategic procurement sourcing experience, preferably in a multi-unit corporate procurement environment
