Explain the product or service to potential customers. •Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer •Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. •Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. •Handle customer questions and receive orders over the telephone. •Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling. •Secures information by completing data base backups. •Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. •Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists •Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. •Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or charitable causes •Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone •Provide pricing details. •Input order details into the computer system. •Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives •Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. •Conduct customer and marketing surveys. •Other duties may be assigned later.
Qualifications Positive and Hardworking. *Well spoken. * computer skills • Good track record in corporate marketing and sales. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
