Maintain appropriate dress and personal appearance standards within company guidelines and requirements. Develop Territorys Annual Sales plan in line with company’s overall growth guidance Convert the unit sales, net revenues and market development objectives to all CRs within the Territory. Maximize number of Active Customers within Territory. Ensure that all Customers with Company provided Marketing Equipment are active directly with the Company. Provide ongoing coaching to all CRs within the Territory through weekly Route Rides and Work With Ensure CRs are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their sales objectives in compliance with Company’s policies. Ensure proper roll out and sustainability by the CRs in their implementation of Best Practice Tools within the Territory. Deliver market executions and customer services as per set standards. Review team’s progress versus objectives at daily/weekly/Monthly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate Report competitive activities to the Unit Manager as and when it happens. Develop strong relationship with Key Accounts within the Territory Report infrastructure requirements (Coolers, Trucks and Etc.) within the Territory as per market needs. Assess the Unit’s sales staffing, vacation requirements and administrative support to address Territory’s immediate and short term needs. 

Qualifications Should have Driving License. Have at least 2 years of relevant sales experience in a Supervisory role. Experienced for 2 years in FMCG Company is a must. Education - Arab University Degree (Key for upward moves at ESC). Prior Accomplished Track Record a) Business Results b) People Leadership Computer Literacy. Self motivated. Age 28 +
