Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in logistics • A minimum of 6 years of progressively increasing experience with leadership responsibility in delivering Heavy trucks projects • Excellent written and oral presentation skills • Have strong client relationships

Other Skills Should be able to converse at every level from shop floor/site to top management - Experience in running large teams - Good communication skills, ability to simplify complex concepts, relationship builder, do-er (gets stuff done). Cultural awareness, ability to adapt and win in multiple different environments - Comfortable in start-up type of environment, providing direction, implementing new processes and procedures Financial acumen according to the needs of a project director of an extensive infrastructure project - Negotiation skills in different cultural environments
