•Overseeing the delivery of materials and supplies for all departments in accordance with the time. •Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders completed compares/verifies the POs issuing receipt note. •Supervision of the warehouse, cleaning and organization and shelving/storage standards, including packaging materials, applying different inventory management methods as required for each W/H or store room. •Develop and supervise the program to maintain the safety of all workers employed in the store. Ensure that safety regulations are applied. •Maintain records of supplies and materials entering and leaving the warehouse. Perform daily cycle counts to ensure/verify their accuracy. •Coordinate with logistics to provide the necessary service for loading or unloading goods/shipments. •Evaluate the performance of staff and their expertise, provide training as needed. •Monitor min/max levels of stock set by their relevant departments. Provide an alert once reached. •Provide regular statistics and reports on inventory daily and weekly and monthly.
Qualifications •Bachelors of any type Business •5-7 years of experience •Computer skills: Very Good
