1- Manage customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions; determines appropriate solutions and/or responses. 2- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing smooth customer service to customers as per agreed service standards. 3- Negotiate customer claim, initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader. 4- Grow existing customers, and identify potential customers for supply chain and delivery solutions. 5- Develop new customers for the market and existing customers with business solutions. 6- Plan and execute regular maintenance and business development visits to customer. 7- Maintain and regular update customer information. 8- Understand all aspects of customers business needs, network within customers organization to explore customers needs and business development opportunities. 9- Promote suitable products / solution and develop solutions for customers involving business unit. 10- Work with other business units in Aramex, such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc., to ensure proper service delivery to customers. 11- Prepare proposals and quotations to customers. 12- Ownership of payments collections alongside the credit officers.
Qualifications -A Bachelors degree in business computer science, industrial engineering or related technical degree or combination or education. -Computer proficiency: Ms office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & outlook).
