-Compile and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. - Establish, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. - Monitor and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. - Prepare and reviews revenue, expense, payroll, invoices, and other accounting documents. - Record financial transactions (journal entry) on the applied accounting system. - Reconciles bank accounts with bank statements (for different currencies). - Record collected checks and checks refunded. - Participates in preparing monthly and annual financial statements. - Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. - Resolves accounting discrepancies. - Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Qualifications -Bachelor degree of Commerce Major: Accounting. -Experience From 0-1 years in the same field, preferable pharmaceutical or FMCG background
