Draws up the non-cash entries that form the basis of the accounting records of all invoices and documents. Draws up the non-cash entries to check all document coming from departments and with which the records for the relevant accounts will be made. Handles monthly assessment for financing expenses, amortization, and payrolls, as well as issuing non-cash entries that record these in the accounts. Conducts all types of integrated and counter integration transactions for the institutions accounting records. Checks invoices for all types of materials purchased for the institution and inform management of irregularities he/she identifies. Checks expense invoices and enters them into the payment table. Handles the accounting records for banking transactions. Ensures that accounting records are filed and archived. Checks to see whether checks collected from customers have been properly recorded and monitor the portfolio. Ensures that checks are cashed with the banks and monitors the results. Informs the department of the customer accounts for problem checks. Prepares the necessary cash status so that bank account payments can be monitored and daily transactions conducted. Makes payments to sales persons and third parties in accordance with their terms. Conducts the necessary procedures to deliver invoices to customers. Works to resolve the difficulty in problem situations. Shares information with personnel in the relevant departments that will ensure that problems related to uncollected receivables are resolved. Monitors the situation until the problem is remedied. Prepares daily/monthly income reports by reviewing export/import invoices then filling them. Assists in preparing company’s budget and makes prediction about next fiscal year. Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Qualifications BSc. in Commerce major accounting (English Section is preferred). Age not more than 30 years. Able to work under stress. good communication skills.
