The Administrative Assistants role is to assist in all administrative, secretarial and organizational tasks to ensure the work is progressive in a smooth and organized manner. The incumbent is also expected to carry on some of the business development basic activities with the component. The Administrative Assistant will be required to effectively organize and implement the task in accordance with the objectives and standards of IMC. -Prepare periodical reports; -Prepare and send faxes, e-mails and other correspondence as directed; -Maintain and update contract/consultant files and records pertaining to the Office; -Work as a contact point between the Component Manager and his staff from one side, and the Component Manager and his/her clients and external contacts on the other side; -Attend meetings and other events as directed, and take minutes and notes; -Cooperate with and support all other members of the team as required and; -Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications -Bachelors Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration; -Post graduate studies or Administration and Secretarial Diplomas are an asset; -One to three years of experience; -Proficient user of MS package with focus on Word, Excel and Power Point.
